STATE WRESTLING -- Two Wildcats going for titles

Five area wrestlers are competing for medals on the third and final day of the 2018 Nebraska State Wrestling Championships at the Century Link Center in Omaha.

Winisde wrestlers Koby Ellis (113) and Jon Escalante (220) will wrestle for state titles this afternoon.

Wakefield has three wrestlers in the consolation semifinals this morning with Cesar Sandoval (120), Isaac Verzani (145) and Julio Sanchez (220).
