Sharon Wehrer, 70, of Wayne, died Saturday, Feb. 24, 2018 at her home at Edgewood Vista in Norfolk.
Memorial services will be held Thursday, March 1 at 11 a.m. St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Wayne. Fr. Jeff Mollner and Deacon Gary French will officiate. Memorial visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until service time at St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

Sharon Ann Wehrer was born Jan. 8, 1948 in Wakefield to Lyle and Verlie G. (Tuttle) Cleveland. She graduated from Wayne High School and attended Wayne State College. Sharon married Jerry Wehrer June 21, 1969 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Wayne. The couple lived in Wayne.
Survivors include her husband, Jerry; their sons, Trevor J. (Dawn) Wehrer of Firth and Jason J. (Kristen) Wehrer of Axtell; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Trish Cleveland of Wamego, Kan.; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Judy (Warren) Korth of Lincoln; cousins; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents; her parents; a brother, Gary Cleveland; and her parents-in-law.
