Arthur Courtney Seigfreid, 83, of Omaha, died Friday, July 28, 2017.
Services were held Saturday, Aug. 5 at Crosby Burket Swanson Golden Colonial Chapel in Omaha.
Memorials may be made to Mission Church which is opening to help restore North Omaha where Arthur worked for so many years.
Arthur Courtney Seigfreid was born Oct. 16, 1933. He graduated from Central High School and from Creighton University in Omaha. He worked in the Army as a pharmacist. He loved people. He owned Seig Drug Inc. of Omaha, as well as other small independent family owned pharmacies in Omaha. He was a member of Kiwanas of Omaha and the Omaha Businessmen's Association. His passions were for Nebraska Cornhusker football and golf, not necessarily in that order. He loved his family deeply.
Survivors include a son, James Seigfreid, of Talking Rock, Ga.; daughters, Carol Fuoss (Roger) of Wayne, Sharon Adams (Dave) of Omaha; step-daughters, Cindy and Karin Abbott; 11 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Judith Gray Seigfreid.
Arrangements were with Crosby Burket Swanson Golden Colonial Chapel in Omaha.
