Del Winch, 75, of Winside, died Friday, Aug. 18, 2017 at her home at Brookdale in Wayne.
Memorial services will be held Friday, Aug. 24 at 2 p.m. at United Methodist Church in Winside. Pastor Lydia Dayton will officiate. Memorial visitation will be held Thursday, Aug. 23 from 5 to 7 p.m. at United Methodist Church with family present.
Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery at Winside.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.

Delores “Del” Jane Winch was born May 5, 1942 in Niobrara to Earl and Martha (Walton) Loney. She attended school in Plainview and graduated in 1960. Following high school, she moved to Norfolk to attended beauty school. It was while living in Norfolk, she met her future husband, James (Jim) Winch. They married May 6, 1962. Over the years, the couple lived in Belgrade, Palmer and finally, Winside. Del worked at Pamida for many years before beginning a long career at Great Dane Trailers in Wayne. She enjoyed traveling, shopping and spending time with family.
Survivors include her daughter, Robyn (Scott) Hurlbert of Carroll; son, Rick Winch of Norfolk; grandchildren, Dustin (Sarah) Hurlbert of Lincoln, Joshua Hurlbert of Lincoln and Katlyn Hurlbert of Omaha; great-grandson, Ronin James Hurlbert; sisters, Francis Robinson of Fort Calhoon, and Pauline Hooks of Longview, Texas; brother, Jerry (Janet) Loney of Grand Island; numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James, in January 2011; grandson, Travis James Hurlbert; brother, Jim Loney; sister, Norma Rae.
Honorary pallbearers will be Del and Jim’s grandchildren and great-grandchild, Dustin Hurlbert, Sarah Davis Hurlbert, Joshua Hurlbert, Katlyn Hurlbert and Ronin Hurlbert.
